You awake to the sound of rain. You're certainly in your room, but there's something wrong with all the colours - everything seems dull and desaturated. [IMG]http://img139.imageshack.us/img139/4373/colours2.png[/IMG] No! There's something wrong with your face! Ugh, who put all this whorish makeup on. You never normally wear anything like this amount, and the colours are garish and unflattering. You can't really remember what happened last night, but you do know someone else must have applied it. Whatever, you're a normal colour so something's obviously happened to your room. Some sort of prank? This is too odd. First things first, though - this makeup's got to go. [IMG]http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/5343/colours3.png[/IMG] You wipe the makeup off with a makeup wipe, and you go to dump it in the bin in the bathroom. That's when you notice that the handle is comically oversized and actually part of the door, which appears to be directly mounted on the wall. Ok, so this is not your room. You're not too sure what to do now. (How this'll go: Post suggestions and then a random word or phrase to stimulate my creativity. [img]http://filesmelt.com/dl/room3.PNG[/img] Going out of the window reveals that someone has painted the view on a piece of plywood and illuminated it. There's an old fashioned tape player playing the rain sound, and distressingly what looks like blood.

check the place for loot, stop the tape player so you can have some quiet to think in.

Look at that book thing on the floor, check if there's anything on the computer, and what's that thing behind the computer desk?

Look at yourself see if your clothes are any different, then check your wardrobe and see if you can get to narnia (Santa)

You're not terribly sure how to check if something's blood or not. You turn off the tape, and clamber back into your room, ostensibly to gather supplies. Or at least a jumper - it's a bit nippy. You're wearing a green polo shirt, jeans and pop socks. The book on the floor is one you've just finished reading. There's two bits of paper on the computer table. [img]http://filesmelt.com/dl/book2.PNG[/img] You don't remember printing them. The second one seems to be a painting by Monet, but the first one? You're not good enough at French to work out what it says.

Grab the long sleeve shirt and the pants, then climb out the window and look around the studio type whatever building you are in.

You clamber out of the window, pulling on the jumper. Since you're already wearing jeans, you don't bother with the other pain on the floor. There's rust stains and water stains all over the place, but apart from your little chipboard abode the room's empty. And again with the oversized door! This one looks authentic, if heavy. A sudden panic grabs you - what could be outside that door? Do you want whatever's out there knowing you're up and about?
