fuck this movie

also it's not a movie scene and it's a little trite by now...but it made me cry unlike any movie or any other TV show. never before or since have I seen something that so effectively depicts the duality of life...it's both so short and so long and meaningful.

I havent seen it in a while, but in Titanic when the band stayed behind to keep playing. Its worse because it was based on them actually doing it.
american beauty. well up until now i suppose. anyone who watches it knows why the ending can be a tearjerker.
this time i didn't though. it made me feel more at peace.
I'm gonna preemtively say Tim Burton's Frankenweenie.
It's about a boy and his dog, the dog dies, then the kid digs up the dog and brings it back to life.
I just know it's going to make me cry like a little bitch.
I Am Legend.
The dog. That is all.
The Green Mile.
Dat switch scene.
Cast Away
When Wilson gets lost.
For me, one movie that made me shed a tear or two was Pokemon: The First Movie. The scene near the end, where Ash was taken for granite, and the tears of the Pokemon revived him, that moved me. And when his Pikachu tried in vain to bring him back with electricity, that really stuck in my mind.
I've watched Saving Private Ryan at least ten times and the first five, I cried at this scene. [sp]"I wanna go home I wanna go home... Mama, mama, mama..."[/sp] Fuck I need to stop.

Also the ending, but not quite to the same extent.
just posting that video gives away the name of the dead person... you should hyperlink that.
[sp]although fuck everyone dies except ryan. [/sp]
that's the only part of the movie that bothers me. the god damn premise. oh boo hoo he's the last of a bloodline. you really think they'd waste an entire squad (i can't remember if they referred to themselves as a squad or platoon) just to go out and retrieve some kid?
sure, the movie is shit awesome but for the most part they chalk this whole bullshit assignment up to "orders is orders grrraah angry okay i'm fine now lets all go [sp]die[/sp] for this one person who's value in the scheme of things is infinitesimal compared even to the entire squad sent to get him.
The opening scene of Star Trek 2009, oddly enough.
I cried manly tears when he blew up a Tiger with a 1911
[sp]ya the plane did it I know[/sp]

I can't watch this without tearing up.
It's so unbelievably touching, the message resonated so deeply with me, somthing few movies have accomplished....
But NOOOOOOO, according to my friends, INCEPTION IS TOTALLY DEEP N MINDBOWLING.
Seriously though, this is one of the most perfectly executed scenes in movie history. It's just so sad, but beautiful at the same time....
It pretty much went like this for me:
*scene starts*
"Oh God... I'm not gonna cry..."
*scene continues*
"Not gonna cry..."
"And this is BUZZ LIGHTYEAR..."
"...what?..."
"The COOLEST TOY EVER..."
"Oh fuck you, you beautiful film you, god dammit..."
And the tears flowed until the credits.
The end of The Road ;_;

Where did the bullet go? I never saw this movie.

the "I could've saved one more!" scene from Schindler's List comes to mind
Coraline, everytime.
Men in Black 3
[SP] The part where J founds out that the colonel was his father and K erased his past self memories to prevent him from knowing about his father's death[/SP]
Sling blade
