They seem to be improving. This movie feels a lot more organized and the writing is better.
I've tried to watch their movies before and I just can't watch them, theyre so dull and unfunny.

For the short time I watched this Spoony was the best part.
These wouldn't be so shit if Doug Walker didn't insist on writing and directing and playing the main role in them. He's a terrible writer, terrible director and his acting is fucking atrocious. And he always has to narrate everything in his retarded sounding "cool" voice.
It's their last video-thing-whatever, isnt it?

This is way more enjoyable if you actually watch ALL of these guys. Their stuff is really cheaply done but they do put effort into it, even though a bunch of them are [B]absolutely awful actors.[/B] (Film Brain, Sad Panda, etc.)
Still, they do have some good characterization from their individual shows that carries over into the movies. If only for that, it's entertaining. Plus, some of their jokes have been REALLY good in this one.
So far, i noticed several things in this that they've complained about in their reviews.

It's depressing how his life is going.
Does anyone else notice how whenever something on TGWTG gets posted, we always end up talking about Spoony and then briefly talk about a few other reviewers that are pretty good or are personal favourites? Seriously, most of TGWTG are pretty bad.
He's gotten better though. His recent DnD videos are extremely entertaining to me, and I don't even have an interest in DnD, except for Planescape Torment :v:

Well Todd in the Shadows actually does actually review the songs and not just make a shitty joke every 5 seconds.
For bunch of people who act like they know a lot of what makes a great movie, this is some pretty boring shit.
I mean, guys like Nostalgia Critic are pretty knowledgeable about films as a medium and have a good taste, but it seems like when they're doing these TGWTG circlejerks, they just throw all of their standards of what they consider great out the window.

Spoony made a rape joke to Jesus otaku awhile back lupa brought this back up spoony freaked out causing a miniature shitstorm and he left TGWTG on his own terms that's at least what i heard.

And the chick who got him fired (he was essentially politely asked to leave) and completely removed him from the site lightheartedly made fun of the whole issue with Lupa right after the shitstorm happened.
Spoony did mention that Lupa was really not the cause of him leaving though, and it's not the first time Spoony has been causing a bit of stir in TGWTG. Actually ever since he got dumped by his gf (who I think is also on TGWTG) he has been in an endless circle of torment which really don't cope well with his already existing depression and heart condition, so most people working on the site just didn't have the patience nor the understanding to work with a guy like that.

This is just a bunch of reference that are poorly acted strung together with a terrible plot that just ends up as a giant circlejerk and makes Doug Walker like a fucking idiot and a hypocrite for complaining about movies and then shitting one that's just as bad out.
I'd think the only people who are at all watchable are probably spoony... and you know what I'm not sure if the word "watchable" is the applicable word for the rest of them. Either they're hammy as hell (Eg. Jesuotaku), boring and just not acting (Eg. JewWario), or so terrible they make me turn off the video (Eg. Filmbrain). The worst part is that I know that most of the people I just listed actually can act to some extent when on their own scripts (ok well not FilmBrain, sorry buddy, I love your reviews but you can't act) but Doug's script and their placement in it sucks a big fat chode.

I dunno of you guys noticed, but that's not Spoony's body. Look closely at his neck during that scene and you can tell its digitally added.
I currently refuse to watch anything off of the TGWTG site at the moment due to how shady the management has become.
