It looks like a cooler. At TAMU the mechanical engineering students had to make them one year.
In most European country's, like mine, our beer comes in plastic crates of 24. This dude put something of a motor under it, and started riding it.
In other words: Its AWESOME.
Confirmed as german beer crate. "Biertragerl" as the bavarian would say. Standart plastic thingies loaded with liquid goodness. Prost!
It's called a fahrender bierkasten (drivable beer crate)
