simple thread really, but i find this important

when we choose an avatar,generally we want to choose something that we like and that represents our interests or beliefs on the the FP community

lets take me for an example.

i don't like to go with the flow and have radical political views.

in addition to that then i probably listen to crust punk/ hipster garbage music and dont get along with authority

another example, someone uses a "cute" anime loli girl as their avatar, they probobly have few friends and kind of have a geeky look to them and are akward.

same can be said with the yugioh card players in the student lounge, they watch that kinda anime shit with the squeaky voice and blue haired girl...and they act retarted...but are really really nice.

one of em bought something small from his 20 bucks just so he can give the right amount of change
and another wearing cat ears/fox ears gave me free hello kitty candy

so facepunch what do you think, can you tell a person by his avatar?

note:don't take direct translation for your avatar. just because the avatar you use is a vampire does not mean you are a vampire
