Another Youtuber(Pyrocinical) being censored for his videos by Sam Pepper

I'm not sure if you guys know this guy or not but he used to make montage parodies but now he makes small discussion videos where he gives his two-cents on a topic. He recently got two strikes from both Sam Pepper and vJammah over his videos making fun of them and what they did (Sam Pepper's Hostage prank and idk what about vJammah).

doesn't YouTube have a shoot-first-argue-later system with their copyright takedowns? couldn't he just talk to YouTube about a falsy claim so he could possibly get it reverted? i don't see how a discussion about something infringes a copyright unless he pulled sam's videos of something

IIRC in YouTube's copyright system the claim can be taken straight to court if a takedown notice is issued. Most prominently happening in 2007's "Lenz v. Universal Music Corp." when someone named Stephanie Lenz uploaded a video of her baby dancing to a song in the background and received a copyright takedown notice. She sued the issuer and the court ruled in her favor.
