It's from a Norwegian tv-show. It's called "Normal Galskap" (Normal Madness) and it's about people who do crazy shit. This episode was about extreme sports. The guy was going to parachute off the cliff, after jumping off that thing fucking olympic-style, but it broke and he basically could've died. He survived though. He actually works at the same hospital as my dad.
The little whistle at the very end of the video got me.
