Two IDF soldiers were injured when a bomb went off in their vicinity in the Har Dov region on Tuesday, the IDF Spokesman's Unit said.
The soldiers received initial emergency medical treatment on the spot, before being evacuated away from the Lebanese border to hospital for further treatment.
According to Lebanese media reports, Israel returned fire into south Lebanon following the explosion.
A senior army source told The Jerusalem Post that "the incident hasn't ended yet from our standpoint."
The incident came after IDF soldiers opened fire on a cell trying to infiltrate Israel from Lebanon on Sunday.

It's funny how the Lebanese media has the complete opposite story regarding the border incident a few days ago. According to the Lebanese, it was an Israeli unit that infiltrated Lebanese territory and the Lebanese army opened fire.
Gives them a reason to settle Lebanon once they're done with Palestine.

Yeh what happened on Sunday isn't black and white - and will probably stay that way unless some type of evidence is produced.
However today - Multiple bombs were planted within Israel with intentions of killing/harming the soldiers (assuming you believe Israeli news).
There was also a second explosion nearby (that didn't injure anyone) and Israeli apparently responded by shelling Hezbollah targets within Lebanon.
Edit:
Hezbollah claimed responsibility (apparently).

Israel has occupied southern Lebanon since the 1980's without building a single settlement there, and has since retreated unilaterally to the internationally recognized border.
