I don't think so. That motherboard has an AM3 socket and the FX-8350 will only work on motherboards with the AM3+ socket. I could be wrong because I'm less familiar with AMD motherboard specifications, but I personally wouldn't take the risk.

The 8350 is an AM3+ chip and the motherboard is AM3, I've seen differing sets work before but it's usually a newer mobo accepting an older cpu, so this likely isn't the case in this scenario.

Plus, the CPU isn't listed on the motherboard's CPU list.
