• Interactive - Start Your Nation!

This is an interactive game were you can start a nation, trade, make allies and invade other nations. I recommend using paint.net for editing! There are FOUR biomes, desert forest, sea and tundra! Each biome has unique resources! NOW USING RAGAMUFFINTTTT'S MAP AND LEGEND! http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1133139?p=32831478&viewfull=1#post32831478 New Rules: 1. Don't start off with giant nations, be reasonable. 2. Expand by war or by peaceful expansion. 3. You can only have 1 capital city, choose where to put it wisely. 4. You can only start a war if you have at-least 1 military building. 5. Certain structures require certain resources: Capital City comes free when you start a nation. Each city after the first 2 free ones cost 2 oil, 2 ore and 1 food source. Each barracks requires 3 oil, 1 wood and a food source. Each soldier produced uses up 1 food resource. 6. You can make allies and enemies. 7. To be considered an EMPIRE, your nation requires: To be in an alliance with atleast one other nation with more than 5 cities and have atleast 1 of every resource. 8. Your nation needs a name. 9. If your capitol city is captured, you loose your nation and would have to start a new one. But, if you still have another city, that city automatically comes your new capitol. ---- Resources: For every resource you own every 'turn' you gain one of that resource, you can share a resource with an ally but you will each get half, eg it would take 2 turns to get 1 oil instead of 1. --- War: Each barracks can produce 1 soldier per turn at the cost of 1 food from either fish or animals. Soldiers can guard resources or be put on border duty. On border duty they cannot attack anything inside the country unless there is less of the enemy. The person with more soldiers wins, but has the amount of the other persons soldiers taken away. EG if I invaded with 5 soldiers against 3 defending ones I'd have 2 left after the battle.

Peoples Republic of New Tundraland (PRoNT) has appeared. HAHA I HAVE A NAVY!
Decided that this looked like absolute crap and made a new spritesheet and map: Also made the map less random, very oil rich desert zones with little wood or food - or lush forests without a drop of oil to a tundra filled to the brim with ore. Should promote combat, also soldiers - 1 produced from each millitary base per 'turn'.

Also, I call for removing the biome types from empires. As the map is much more vast now. [editline]17th October 2011[/editline]
Never mind but I might join this later
Why?
The Rise of Rohan.
You fucked up the map, you're supposed to save as PNG. Also you only get 1 starting military base and you might want to expand your borders onto the ore if you'd like more millitary.

----- The industrious trade city of Tahl emerges. --- Will add the new sprite sheet in a sec. Also, OP, keep track of resources. I changed the colors for the sake of claiming future cities so we don't lose track of what's what. Keep your cities your color. I'll change the battlefield color.
