Disney (DIS) CEO Bob Iger said he will step down from Trump's business advisory council, protesting the president's decision to withdraw from the Paris climate deal.
"Protecting our planet and driving economic growth are critical to our future, and they aren't mutually exclusive," Iger said in a statement. "I deeply disagree with the decision to withdraw from the Paris Agreement."
He also posted his decision on Twitter, saying he'd resigned from Trump's business council "as a matter of principle. [/quote]
It's over, you don't mess with the mouse.
Makes me feel a little better that some big names and even states are calling this shit out. Hoping it just keeps snowballing.
At this point i hope trump will die soon so they can unfuck everything the orange cunt fucked up.

I'd rather see him in prison for treason, collusion and abuse of power for his own monetary gain.
But hey, whatever gets him out of the office
So Mickey just ditched Dopey?

That would unfortunately mean president Mike Pence. I would prefer Trump to get impeached/face criminal charges since that would mean there would be a chance his entire cabinet gets fucked

Pence already knows he's been implicated in the investigation. Even if Trump alone is impeached, it'll scare him shitless and ensure he doesn't try anything out of the ordinary for the remainder of his term.

Pence would probably be much more stable for international relations at least. He'd sure as hell be less likely to publicly insult allied countries.

Dopey as a character was at least an endearing fool who meant well.
Also, this is going to be rather predicable.
Trump decides to stay in agreement: "See?! At least he's willing to listen to people unlike OBUMMER!"
Trump goes ahead with leaving: "Take that, libtards! #MAGA"

It's pretty impressive just how widespread the opposition to his decision here is. The Exxon CEO (an oil company of course), the Goldman Sachs CEO (major Wall Street institution), Disney's CEO (one of the biggest corporations on the planet), Musk which is pretty obvious, Republican governors such as Maryland, Democratic governors (most of them from what I've seen), and even the mayor of the US capital. The amount of people who legitimately agree with his decision here are a very small vocal minority.

He'd be even worse on civil rights, global warming, and other domestic issues though.
Less of an idiot, more of a bigot.

He's still a horrible human being though. Maybe he'll get the US a few better deals, but that would be at the cost of the population (and especially minorities)
