Syfy's officially jumped the shark - The Sharktopus, that is

Well, Syfy, the creator of such classics as Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus, had its CEOs meet back in the summer. Whilst thinking "How we can make money off of mentally retarded viewers by making the stupidest movies possible on the lowest budget possible", one employee, whilst watching Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus, shouted "E-gads, I've got it!" There, on that fateful day in some enclosed room with paint fumes rising in the air, Sharktopus was born.

Sharktopus centers around a group of typical stoner teens on a surfing vacation, but boy oh boy do we have some whiiimsical plot turns for them! Ha ha ha, that's riiight, a Sharkoctopus ATTACKS THEM! A ha ha ha, isn't it creeeaative? What a fun and exciting idea!

No, it sucks ass. It sucks ass through a fucking straw. A low-budget CGI shark with tentacles attacks horrible actors. There's no plot (other than Syfy's typical "oooh ancient cretur survivd teh meteorz!!!111" plot excuse), no sense, no effort (the actors act with the emotion of a rock, even in the trailer), and overall, it's just a cheap tie-in of Syfy's two favourite things. No, not sharks and octopi, but making money and making money with no effort.

Thanks Syfy for ruining B-Movies everywhere. :hurr:
