That's one sexy fucking building.
Until a plane rams into it.
Its bit of pet peeve to me that that ornamental pieces like the one on that tower actually count towards the tower's height, while functioning antenna such as in the case of the Willis Tower do not.

Haha, nice, what's this referencing dude?
It really is good looking. The one thing that ruins it is the ridiculous unicorn horn on top, imo.
That is one very pretty building. Looks very 21st century.
Sears Tower will always be the tallest
fuck the haters
Is the spike on the top a death ray.
Seems very doctor evil.

It looks like a diamond thumbtack
that thing will be great for simple math exams with those triangles it is composed of.
wasn't it built to be 1776 feet tall?
Oh yeah, it was.
Fuck yeah freedom 'murica!
I love seeing the NYC skyline on the train ride to and from college
The WTC just towers over everything, it almost looks like the citadel from Half Life 2

There are 12-year olds that were born after 9/11 now, give it a few more years and that's going to be a legitimate question.
Wow I never thought they renamed Nakatomi plaza "Willis tower"
I can't stand being in exceptionally tall buildings. I think the highest I've ever been was like a 30 to 40th floor hotel suite. It was awful, I constantly felt like I was rocking around (which, at this time, I had a problem with motion sickness.) And getting near the windows at all gave me the worst vertigo ever and basically caused me to recoil in fear to the opposite side of the room.
That's one sexy fucking building.
Until a plane rams into it.
I doubt that will happen again
Wow, I didn't know that it was that close to being completed.

Are they fighting BT Tower for the most microwave dishes they can attach?

we have 12 year olds now that were tweeting japan deserved the tsunami for pearl harbor
awful jokes and terrible lack of empathy or rationale will never die
Oh, whatever, it's like 20% ornamental spire. It's like stuffing a banana down the front of your pants, but for buildings.
That's one sexy fucking building.
Until a plane rams into it.
If there's any building in the world designed specifically to survive hitting of multiple planes, it's certainly this one.
oh man

Sorry I was being insensitive earlier.
I obviously meant two planes.

Lol, building circumcision.
It would be awesome it the top office would have a big, triangle window making use out of the buildings shape.
Damn, that CGI is screwing with my head. It looks real at the bottom, but very CGI-ish at the top.

That's CGI? Damn I thought that was a 1:1 paper model
on the last trip to NYC I made they still had a giant hole in the ground surrounded by construction. I can only imagine how different it'll be when I head back up there next spring.
