You do realize that you kind of HAVE to play the game with a gamepad on the PC due to the horrid mouse control it has.
Big head mode needs to be a feature in games again.
Sad that I would never probably want to play Vice City again.
I enjoyed it a lot when it first came out.
This reminds me of the big head mode in LCS, I used it like all the time and sniped people's heads off
