Okay, this is a really frustrating problem, I have here:
The two main stars are weed and salvia:
Awhile ago, about 2 years earlier I had no problem smoking occasional weed, but a few months later problems came in. First at a new year's eve, my lungs couldn't take the smoke, they were burning like hell, but it went away after about 30 mins and it felt good afterwards. In april I smoked again and that was the strangest one.
It burned my lungs again, but it was tolerable, I was feeling good in the first 25-30 mins, then I started to lose my control and started to feel dizzy (not the pleasant one), then I felt pain in my legs. I was waiting for the effects to wear off, but it was an insanely bad experience (including that we ran out of water and the sun was burning like hell).
Okay, after this some weeks later I tried salvia. Surprisingly the same side-effects. After a minute when it kicked it, started to feel little pain in my legs and arms, felt the same like after weed.
Smoked a few times since then, always lower doses except on the next new years. That was better since it was cold and there were lot of liquid, but still I couldn't enjoy weed like others did, had to walk a little because I become dizzy if I stay in one place. On the lower doses I could enjoy it a bit more, but my lungs are always burning so badly I can't stand it. (Ironic, because I've been smoking for a while now...)
Now this whole thing is a bitch, but I want to understand what the hell is the problem, or find an alternative. Also what really confuses me is the fact that THC and Salvinorin-A is two completely different substance and with almost the same side-effects for me.
The only thing that doesn't come with problems for me is alcohol, but I'd kinda like to try psychoactive things. None of my friends have the problem like me, so I don't even have a clue to solve this. Also a funny thing, when I drink really big doses of alcohol in a very short period of time, I get that dizzy feeling only when I close my eyes, making my nauseous.
I don't know if it's related to low blood pressure or anything...
Thanks for reading it and if I missed out anything (can happend because it's 4 am at me) just tell me and I'll provide moar info.
sounds like it's psychological and you're stressin yourself out by having bad panic/anxiety attacks
Maybe, but the first few times I didn't have any problems, it came all of a sudden. :O
I used to have this problem but i just kept smoking now it doesn't happen anymore.
Me too, if I get weed which is considered to be powerful sativa I can get some damn anxiety.
Its possible its the act of smoking that your body is rejecting particularly strongly. Maybe you have some sort of lung condition, as well as its possible that low blood pressure or some other blood or heart problem is whats causing the dizziness and leg pain.
I think smoking is not a problem, since I've been smoking cig for about 2 years now, without any problem, but yet again, I'm clueless. But the second part could be right, I'll check on that, thanks for the help. :)
Im sure quitting smoking tobacco would help you out with smoking pot, but that thoughts already crossed your mind probably.
Possibly a lung illness. Try a vape, see if that helps you.
