Pre-modified car? Terrible horrible idea unless you know for a fact that you can rebuild that engine when it inevitably blows up. For 10g you could get something stock in good condition that will actually be reliable and then do some work on it yourself if you are so inclined.

Buy a Peugeot 206 sedan it's the best car,the only downside is that it's produced in Iran.
