Yet many other law enforcers around the world have rules of engagement that allow lethal force to be used relatively freely.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2848559/For-worlds-police-force-law-meets-law-force.html Its dailymail, but I thought it'll be interesting to see Police forces from round the world. And in light of the recent riots, its interesting how US compares to other nations.

Seriously, Daily Mail We have our own form of SWAT, the whole "look they're bobbies next to a shitty dirty wall" is lost on me

The whole article is garbage, half of them are specialist forces that don't go out unless there's a shooting or some shit.

damn the afghan police are hard as fuck, their cops have fucking PKMs
The whole article is garbage, half of them are specialist forces that don't go out unless there's a shooting or some shit.
While interesting to see different forces from around the world. It really does seem non-coincidental that the UK and US are both shown as regular officers and the rest are special forces teams in high danger uniforms.
[t]http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/11/25/237C754A00000578-2848559-image-8_1416921221614.jpg[/t] BULLDOZER! On another note, whats up with the different groups of law enforcers being picked? They pick a couple of random beat cops for the UK, but for everyone else they choose SWAT teams and anti-terrorist units? For fucks sake, one of the Afghani officers has a full on LMG (and the caption of the photo even says they're "lightly armed") [t]http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/11/25/237C72A100000578-2848559-image-25_1416921368737.jpg[/t] Also, what the hell is up with that armor
Seriously, Daily Mail We have our own form of SWAT, the whole "look they're bobbies next to a shitty dirty wall" is lost on me
Dude, your bobbies are pretty much the most interesting guys in the whole article. I mean, all these tacticool police squads look almost the same, which is so boring.
I like the dude on the top right
It seems Solider finally decided to join the Bosnian police force
damn the afghan police are hard as fuck, their cops have fucking PKMs
When your enemy uses suicide bombers as a general tactic you'd better fucking hope you've got a PKM machine gun.
I love how the article biasedly shows our own police officers without guns, and everyone else with guns.
Not only does it compare Metropolitan Police beat bobbies to special forces, it then compares them to the UN Security Forces. Last I checked, the UN Security Forces were SECURITY, not POLICE. What the hell?
[t]http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/11/25/237C70A900000578-2848559-image-9_1416921234071.jpg[/t] I love how the article biasedly shows our own police officers without guns, and everyone else with guns.
Like police officers who are a step behind criminals is something to be proud of.
Dude bolivian police are scary scare. They look like they're from army of two or something, ready to annihilate crime.
the masks are just there to protect them when they fire the L85 offhand :v
When your enemy uses suicide bombers as a general tactic you'd better fucking hope you've got a PKM machine gun.
tbh they look pretty underarmed since all of them should have an AK instead of just two
damn the afghan police are hard as fuck, their cops have fucking PKMs
well they are going to need them..
I find it fitting that the UN isn't wearing any body armour. Hue.
Was expecting to see these tbh [t]http://inventorspot.com/files/images/rsz_1ninja-police-1-thumb-640x391-817998.img_assist_custom.jpg[/t] Taiwan
That is terrifying.
damn the afghan police are hard as fuck, their cops have fucking PKMs
Kind of comes with fighting the Taliban on a daily basis.
