Tom Cruise to leave the Church of Scientology for his daughter? Insiders are revealing Tom is over the church telling him what he can and can’t do when it comes to Suri Cruise — he plans to break free from Scientology to watch Suri grow up in peace.
http://hollywoodlife.com/2015/07/01/tom-cruise-leaving-scientology-church-suri-cruise/ Sorry if it's questionable source. But I hope it's true. I'd suggest everyone watch the movie 'Going Clear', it's benefactory that Cruise get away from them. He is going to get so fucked over by the church
I'm almost expecting news to come out saying something ungodly terrible about him, now. He's too high profile to go after physically, but character assassination is definately on the table.
Two weeks later Tom Cruise is broke and or dead.
So I wonder what dark secrets the church is going to release about him.
Minutes after the news of him being officialy out of it, news of him being a gay muslim commie lizard from a race of alien space zombies in cahoots with the mole people and Obama get outed.
This would be a huge blow to the Church

Well, obviously the church is gonna spread out some personal bullcrap to mess with Tom Cruise, so we should go ahead and combat that bullcrap by ignoring it or make the church's terrible secrets spill out into headline news.
If this is true, I congratulate him on his courage to split away from such an awful fucking group of manipulators and liars.
he'd most likely have to move to europe or something to truly get away from these cunts.
DO IT! I believe in you, Tom!
I'm so glad I believe in absolutely nothing except that we are here and I don't know why and that's just fine with me. No one tells me how I should live and I'm only guided by my imagination and life experiences. It's so funny when someone asks me what I believe in (if they're religious) and they go bonkers. Then try to tell me I need God. Then I just chuckle and go about my day knowing I don't need to prove anything to anyone but myself :) that is what true happiness is. No fucks to give = Happiness. Science, the big bang, aliens etc... Is all fun to think about but I won't believe it without evidence.
I'm so glad I believe in absolutely nothing except that we are here and I don't know why and that's just fine with me
Same here. I govern my life around my own personal code of ethics, it'd be best if everyone did the same. That way if, within the constructs of my own morality, I were to do something that is considered illegal, so be it. I feel no guilt whatsoever and furthermore, if I were to buckle under the social weight of the system by adhering to ideas that I do not truly believe in then I would be extinguishing the very fire of individuality.
You sound euphoric
I just have a bunch of thoughts running through my head all the time. Yay for ADD/ADHD...Maybe that's got something to do with it but I feel fine. I'm used to giving no fucks and screwing up/forgetting the simplest things so giving no fucks is natural for me. I don't get what you mean by euphoric. I don't do drugs.
So I wonder what dark secrets the church is going to release about him.
he's gay. spoilers, nobody cares
Is this satire?
No it's the truth because if you can't love yourself then you aren't capable of loving another human being. I don't live my life searching for approval of others.
I'm betting they're going to release info that Tom Cruise is gay or something along the lines of that. While it wouldn't have the impact it would have years earlier it'll still do some harm to him.
No it's the truth because if you can't love yourself then you aren't capable of loving another human being. I don't live my life searching for approval of others.
Don't you think searching for approval of others can be, in certain cases, beneficial to a working adult? For promotion opportunities, networking, etc.
I'm almost expecting news to come out saying something ungodly terrible about him, now. He's too high profile to go after physically, but character assassination is definately on the table.
Apparently when South Park released their Scientology episode, the Church investigated Trey Parker and Matt Stone. They gave up after a while because they couldn't find any real dirt on them because they're apparently just normal-ass people.
I've never really had like, shitty opinions on the people IN Scientology. Many of them were just looking for a group that was loving and accepting, or promised that their beliefs would bring them success, then found themselves in an abusive group that recorded all of your deepest secrets and blackmailed you into staying with them under threat of them ruining what life you have left. I do, however, see those who left Scientology as heroes. The ones that saw what was happening to them and wasn't afraid of the blackmailing and left in the face of that. So i guess if Tom does leave and they release all of the tapes saying all the shit he's done, i'll still feel respect for the dude. It's not easy leaving abuse like that.
Don't you think searching for approval of others can be, in certain cases, beneficial to a working adult? For promotion opportunities, networking, etc.
Let me rephrase that I don't do things because others think I should. I do things I think I should do and blaze my own trail in life. I feel if you live your life the way others want you to you won't truly be happy. You need to live your own life your way and that will attract people that are like you. For example I am in college to be a nurse not because my parents want me to do it or something like that. I want to prove to myself I can achieve that BSN degree and be the best nurse I can be. And what's more is I used to spend too much time trying to get approval from ex girlfriends and it never worked because apparently I tried to hard. Now I just be myself and do what I do best which is love myself and life is good. Been with my gf for almost 2 years now and I've never been happier and she never complains and is happy. But then again we aren't up each other's ass all the time. I don't expect anyone to change for me and vice versa. To much time is wasted on people that don't approve of one's life so why surround yourself with people like that? If they can't see your true greatness then that's their loss. But yes for work and stuff like that of course I do my best but that's only natural.
he's gay. spoilers, nobody cares
Imagine it though - for years, they held it against him and he was too afraid to let it loose and stayed under their thumb. With the recent Supreme Court ruling, though? It's evidence (or at least a concurrent symptom) of great changes in public opinion over the past few decades, and it's no longer the kind of blackmail material it once would have been. Their grip on him - assuming this is the thing they're holding over his head - could be broken with fair ease. Hopefully.
Bring on the boxes!!! I give 0 fucks :D (User was banned for this post ("Dumb post" - postal))

They gave up after a while because they couldn't find any real dirt on them because they're apparently just normal-ass people.
it was even funnier when they were going to re-run the episode, but it was pulled because Tom Cruise supposedly wasn't going to participate in the movie he was doing since the higher up company owned Comedy Central and the film The response in getting the episode pulled:
"So, Scientology, you may have won THIS battle, but the million-year war for earth has just begun! Temporarily anozinizing our episode will NOT stop us from keeping Thetans forever trapped in your pitiful man-bodies. Curses and drat! You have obstructed us for now, but your feeble bid to save humanity will fail! Hail Xenu!!!" "Trey Parker and Matt Stone, servants of the dark lord Xenu."
:v:
Would they even try to do anything? I feel like no matter how much dirt they had going after Tom would cause both sides to gain flak beyond repair.

He's wealthy, does some pretty radical cool shit for his movies, doesn't age and has the looks of a god. Tell us he's gay? Okay, so what
