Not just that, it's been confirmed by CVG that the game is being built with Battlefield veterans in Stockholm. Not LA:

The top dogs are working on this, which makes me think that this game's development is really going to start post-BF 4.
Another article also confirmed that it wouldn't just be a reskin of Battlefield. DICE is literally dying to make this game; they're very passionate about Battlefront, so they're not going to half-ass this new version.
