Not sure if this is the place to request help, but here we go.
Basically I want to turn the selected region into a seamless tile that tiles vertically. It's for a website and the content needs to be able to expand the page without running off the end of the paper.

Any ideas / tips? I'm not really sure where to start.

Dunno if it's helpful in this case.
Yust make the bottom and upper ends match on that tile. easy as that.
