Many people are born with large confidence and don't need any advice, how to approach a woman, but many people are the opposite of this. They have no confidence and are
totally scared of rejection or any similiar stuff.
I know that girls like confident men, and that's probably the most necessary thing with getting girls, but my confidence is lacking, when I'm with a girl that is smoking hot. Overall my confidence is larger than the people I know, but with this girl, it just falls down.
So I got some ideas how to speed it up before meeting with a girl you just met. Correct me, if you think that this is not true.
1. [B]Work out:[/B]
Most men say that when they work out, they often feel more confident and think they have everything under control. Mostly because they can show their body with no belly. And girls dig that too, so another plus here.
2. [B]Mastrubate before going out with a girl:[/B]
When men mastrubate, they get a pleasure that girl can offer. So when they mastrubate and ejaculate, they don't fell horny anymore at that time and usually don't need a girl. So when you're not that horny, you usually don't care about girls that much. You still do, but not in a sexual way, so it's easier to talk to them.

When you go out with a girl you just met, try to think that you already know her and that she's your long time friend. You will feel much more confident, but in a weird way, because you're lying to yourself. It's still works though.

Many men are confident, when they meet a girl and when they get a sign, that the girl is not interested in him, they get confused and fuck things up even more. Don't think about what girls think about you, it really makes the moment ankward.

Before going out with a girl, you can build a small ammount of confidence with listening to the music and signing and dancing at the same time. You feel good and ready for everything. I prefer "I Gotta Feeling" by BlackEyedPeas, it's perfect for this.
6. [B]Always drink alcohol(Skip this, if you're driving):[/B]
As everyone knows this, alcohol is a great thing. It makes you feel good and confident to it's best. You don't care about anything you do and you're just there to have fun. But that mostly happens, when you're drunk. You don't need to get drunk to build confidence, you just need to drink a beer or two to get in the mood. Drinking Coca-Cola won't get you in the mood and bring the confidence up.
7.[B]Don't plan your imagination:[/B]
Everyone has an imagination of that girl kissing you and going out with her and yeah, it does feel great thinking about that. But that won't happen the way you want. (Unless you plan it perfect which is almost impossible) You usually imagine things your way, but in reality, the girl can always change her mind. So don't plan for example taking her on a drink and then taking her to to your home and having another drink and then trying to kiss her, because you will feel very nervous of what you plan to do and at the end, it all turns around and leaves you dissapointed. You CAN plan things, but not to detailed. You can plan by taking her to a bowling alley, but don't plan doing anything special there. It all happens when it happens.
8. [B]Don't play videogames before you go out with a girl :[/B]
Holy shit, what a jump huh? It's true though. When you play videogames, you play in virtual world. And in virtual world, when you lose a game, you can always play again. And when playing a game, you're disconnected from the reality that is going on around you, when you play. Reality is totally different than virtual world. And right before you go out with a girl, you shouldn't play videogames, because you will be sucked into virtual world and when you finish and see the girl, you will feel very nervous. I rather suggest you calling a friend and talking to him and having a connection with reality than playing videogames.
Ofcourse all these suggestion might not work on you, since people are different, but they do work on me.
These suggestions are all made by me and by my personal experience. They aren't "copy-paste" from other sites.
