So recently I just got to watching some of that history channel show called "Apocalypse Man". Granted he has some very valid points, but I'd like to point out what turned me away from this show within the first 10 minutes.
He talks about avoiding people and staying quite, but to always act as if you are under observation. Then he runs off breaking elevator doors, which, if you didn't guess already, creates a lot of fucking noise. I'm not gonna break any glass if I'm escaping, as it'd tell my predator/enemy how far/close I am.
Secondly, a lot of the materials he so "found" are most likely not gonna be found in the city after Armageddon. So most of this show is complete bullshit, I haven't seen much of the show at all, as I turned off my TV in rage after seeing the bullshit I was already fed.
People who have seen more, provide me with more information that I can rant about.
History and Discovery channel have gone down the shitter ever since the majority of their shows consist of either "Ooh, ancient prophecies!" Or "Ooh, disasters!"
It made me happy when they told me that the long horns can live without us. :buddy:

Heh. Its refreshing a bit for me, probably because they make a bit of sense too. But I know it will grow old soon. Dang Mayans. I dont think they meant it, but they caused us alot of poopoo.
