I don't think Steam will beat the prices for Spec Ops, that game literally just released. Maybe Max Payne, but I'm skeptical even about that. I'm betting both go on sale during the Summer Sales for the same price. Purchased both today, and both activate on Steam.

This isn't on sale, and is UK pricing, but Civ 5 is a fiver cheaper, and G&K is £7 cheaper than steam. Amazon often do lower default prices, but Steam slash prices by a lot more than Amazon do during sales.

The Civ 5 DLC is half off, but it still feels like I'm paying too much.

I went and got some MP3s off Amazon a few days ago but my browser fucked up and I didn't get the link to download them, and couldn't find the links in my account. Apparently they removed the ability to download your purchases whenever you want because it 'encourages piracy'. Dunno about the rest of you, but not being able to get what I paid for encourages piracy...

Bought Max Payne 3 and just activated the key on Steam. It's new enough I don't expect a much better deal on Steam this summer.

Steam sales will blow the living hell out of this with the publisher catalogs on sale. Last year I spent a ton of my money on games. This year, I have set a limit of $150.
