And just to get the pun out of the way, yes I guess you could say he's a cunning linguist.
Why did the counter only go up to 11 but the title says 13.

Because I'm a retard who is still wondering why the hell he put 13 in the title.

I know that feel. 11 is such a cooler number than 13. 11 is the first number that can't be counted using human fingers. It is also the only two digit prime where the tens and ones digit are the same (because there are no other primes like that). It also reads the same way even if you mirror it or turn it upside down. 11 is 11 is 11.
Not saying that this isn't impressive, but to me some of the languages he spoke were quite similar to each other?
I'd be even more impressed if he could speak Finnish fluently.
Dutch fluent? Eh, not so much.

How bad was it?
this guy is nothing compared to the profasar

English, German, Dutch, Afrikaans, French, Italian, Catalan(?) and Spanish really are similar enough where if you know English + 1 other, you'll have no trouble learning the others (since most of them are romance languages)
Greek, Russian and Hebrew are different enough that it's impressive, though.
i guess the fact he knows 11 is what makes it impressive overall

'scuse me? Besides using the word 'ofschoon' (because there's nobody here that uses it that isn't over 60) and maybe 1 or 2 literal words, that was pretty damn fluent.

And the dutch g sound.
Because I've never EVER heard a brit who can make a proper dutch g sound
Fluent in Italian? He's not.
I don't like bitching about like this, I mean I'm impressed that he knows all these languages, but the italian one is not fluent at all. He also made a mistake.

English, German, Dutch, and Afrikaans are Germanic languages while French, Italian, Catalan, and Spanish are romance languages. So knowing English, German, Dutch, and Afrikaans would be easier to learn over French, Italian, Catalan, or Spanish.
But if I wanted to learn a language that was easy, I wouldn't be studying Mandarin right now.
Damn I was hoping he would speak a Scandinavian language. It's always funny to listen to foreigners speak Norwegian
His accent in most of those languages were terrible...
He spoke spanish pretty fluently.

Okay, yet his fluency and vocabulary is unexpected for anybody to be able to compete with.

When you learn a language you don't learn the accent
