while this is getting dumbed i think it's fair to note there's seemingly no one crossing the road (to get to a grass field next to an empty lot) at 1:50 after he signs
given the quality of the video and everything i wouldn't be surprised if it were staged but it's still nice and people DO need to realize that cops aren't some sort of inhuman government enforcers. stuff like this that they've been putting out is helping with that.
