Is it true that normal people need to walk at least 4 km every day for their whole life or else their heart starts weakening?
Yeah because you're fat. (User was permabanned for this post ("oh" - garry))
but if you go outside you'll die it's dangerous trust me
You're gonna die.
Remember you're far, far, far, far more likely to get stabbed while walking outside than you are of winning the lottery!
Lets hunt OP down :black101:
I think it depends, diet, weight, and other exercise, but you might as well do it as it's not going to be bad for you. Like seriously. "Is exercising good for me?"
I think you'll reach it everytime since you walk frequently.
You could get air poisoned, to much fresh air. at least for me, since im a basement dweller and have adapted to the climate i am in now, a dark, damp basement with a oxygen level of 0.2%
To high an Oxygen level can kill you!
I don't have legs and I most certainly don't have a heart.
Outside graphics aren't that great, not worth it. Netcode is amazing though.
yep but you chose to be a fatty and you shall remain one ;) but on the serious side. Exercise is good for you.... i think
No it's a lie, stay inside 24/7
Cycling is nice.
If you have to ask...
Yup, blame our ancestors.
but if you go outside you'll die it's dangerous trust me
Excuse me but this is off-topic but, almost 800 posts in 1 month? No-life if you ask me
I probably walk that much every day because I have a dog.
I thought the requirement was at least a certain amount of sport a week...
Is it true that normal people need to walk at least 4 km every day for their whole life or else their heart starts weakening?
Why bother? Who wants to live a long heathly life anyway?
You should, even if its only a for a couple minutes, sun light and fresh air is good for ya boy.
1 year lrn2read dumass
Oooh! Yeah! I forgot it's year 2011 again :/
Nikita from RFD?
Walking keeps the blood pumping yo.
Walking keeps the blood pumping yo.
I believe it's the heart that does that.
Surely it would just be 'do an amount of exercise equivalent to walking 4km', rather than being forced to do that specifically? As in, if you lifted enough weights to keep you fit, but not enough to get ultra-muscly or anything and had a balanced diet, but didn't walk too much I doubt you would die young.
Oooh! Yeah! I forgot it's year 2011 again :/
2011 just looks weird to me.
Fuck walking, OP. Run four klicks every day. If you can't run four klicks yet, work at it until you can. Now get out there and double-time it!
Is it true that normal people need to walk at least 4 km every day for their whole life or else their heart starts weakening?
Without a doubt, in all human history, greatest recommendation given by a person, is seriously: To go outside. There are a lot of factors that'll weaken your heart, walking is part of cardio and as far as I know cardiovascular exercises make your heart stronger unless you eat a lot of grease good.
