Police believe they have found Hannah Graham's body

Charlottesville Police Chief Timothy J. Longo announced at a press conference Saturday that human remains were found in an abandoned property in Albemarle County, Virginia around noon on Saturday. The body has not been formerly identified as Graham pending forthcoming forensic tests.
"Countless hours, thousands of hours have been spent by law enforcement and volunteers in an effort to find Hannah," said Longo. "We think they have proved their worth."
Longo said the "difficult" phone call had been made to Graham's parents, John and Susan Graham "to share with them this preliminary discovery."
The announcement was made by the joint task forces investigating the student's disappearance which has made national headlines for the last 35 days.
