Wow, the memes of 2015 feel very forced
can someone please give me an example of a meme that isn't 'forced'
pretty much every meme ever has been called a forced meme at some point
This is offensively low-effort unfunny shit.
How is it offensive? Are you a squid activist?
I hate meme eaters

A joke can be funny at first and then turned into a meme.
The reason this is considered forced is because it isn't funny to begin with, just as with any purely referential humor. It's a replacement for actual wit.

That's opinionated
I guess that's it guys. No more posting opinions. Zedrave says so.

I dunno, I thought it was funny.

I don't actually have a problem with anyone thinking it's funny, I just think it isn't great. I've never been a fan of stuff like this and I really don't like that humor is just turning into a game of analyzing meme references. This feels like it's setting up for future referential jokes where the fact it's a meme is the punchline.
That's a rant I've had for a long while but this is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.
People get too shitty when it comes to memes.
It's it's a joke and it's funny, then it's a joke. If it becomes a popular joke, then it's still a joke. If it becomes overused, well it's still a joke, regardless of whether it's disliked or liked. People slap the word meme on everything like they're paid too.
What if the bad writing of the song was intentional, so we would meme it and give it free advertisement. I know Nintendo isn't as smart as they used to be, but this joke is enough to make me want to buy the game.
i take memes very seriously
Something does not add up in that statement.

Earrape at the end.
rickroll is the only pure meme, it was NEVER forced guys I'm serious
I shed a tear when it got to national TV. I said, "my son is finally there. My meme, on national TV. I knew ya could do it, son. I knew you could."
but yeah all other memes deserve to go in the garbage
That's literally the most forced meme there is.
kill yourselves and take your memes with you
