batman could take it
It's a good thing they've used post crisis feats or else we might use that event where Superman broke through the multiverse and almost broke into heaven with speed alone. Don't know why people bring out All Star Superman's 200 quintillion tons feat though, that was an alternate universe/elseworlds story where Superman got cancer from too much solar radiation.
I think it would be more like getting shot in the face with an anti-matter riffle, or this:
I wonder how sensitive Supe's nuts are.
I wonder how sensitive Supe's nuts are.
In most incarnations, as sensitive as he wants them to be.
But it's a well known fact that Super Man literally forces himself not to do that,I mean if he actually went all out against the super villains in DC on Earth there would be no crime.

How can someone explain instant molecular destabilization while being decapitated by a SuperMan punch? I can try, but I can't...
batman could take it
As much as I like Batman most out of all others, nothing would remain of him. I guess there are only two who could best the Superman, and those would either be Dr. Manhattan, or.. just the God.
I guess there are only two who could best the Superman, and those would either be Dr. Manhattan, or.. Besides, there are plenty of characters who can give current Superman an ass kicking.
How would Superman stack up against Dr. Manhattan?
Considering Dr.Manhattan had the ability to see the future, walk across the sun, almost instantaneously teleport, and the ability to literally designate any sort of matter at his whim, Superman is fucked. I mean Superman's power comes from yellow suns, Dr.Manhattan is quiet literally a god.
How have they not created a Villain based on Superman not holding back and punching someone into something new? That'd be a pretty awesome story arc, I know the science wouldn't be sound but this is a comic we're talking about.
How would Superman stack up against Dr. Manhattan?
Superman is a flying brick that punches really hard and is really hard to hurt. Dr. Manhattan is basically a god. He'd be roughly the same red mess as the Vietcong.
How would Superman stack up against Dr. Manhattan?
Superman's physical powers would be largely irrelevant against Dr Manhattan. As for Dr Manhattan, I know a lot of people call him a god but he isn't omniscient. He can still take the normal Superman down though.
Would Dr. Manhattan be able to do anything to Superman Prime, though?
Oh wow, Superman Prime One Million? Hm, it's a tricky question because his powers weren't so clearly defined which is kinda like Dr Manhattan I guess. However we do know that he can alter reality on an unimaginable scale, manipulate magic, teleport, hop across dimensions and I think, time travel plus a near 'infinite' boost to his 'normal' powers. That would include invulnerability and normal Superman has resisted some level of matter manipulation due to his powers. My money's on Superman Prime. [editline]14th June 2013[/editline] Superman with the Sword of Superman is still the most strongest version of Superman though, higher than Superman Prime even. [editline]14th June 2013[/editline] Still, Superman Prime comes close.
Superman is such a cheater.

If Superman's punches are that strong I don't want to imagine how physically wrought all of his opponents are. Everyone in the DC universe is made of steel, Superman is just adamantium.
There's something strange about this guy's eyes. They look crooked, but at the same time they don't..
He is the second most powerful being in the DC universe, besides God himself, sooo I think Superman Prime wins
Is the Presence still considered as the 'God' of the DC universe these days? Oh well, for that time, I do believe that it was implied Superman Prime was just below God/The Presence.
his eyebrows ruined it :(
hah. just look at bat's face.
hah. just look at bat's face.
You'd do that too if Superman killed your boyfriend.
He is the second most powerful being in the DC universe, besides God himself, sooo I think Superman Prime wins
does prime have a sword with him? Also he only has a green lantern ring, not white lantern.
From watching Superman: Doomsday, you can really see how much power he can output. That movie was almost on the scale of Dragon Ball Z destruction.
