http://www.flickr.com/photos/israel-mfa/ Look at the photos, then click on "details" , and you'll see the date when the pictures were taken. For example : http://www.flickr.com/photos/israel-mfa/4662343871/meta/in/photostream Date and Time (Original): 2006:02:07 04:49:57 Date and Time (Digitized): 2006:02:07 04:49:57 Fail. The excuse being used is "the camera's clocks were not set".
The photos were not taken in 06, good grief! People will believe anything they hear! The default clock setting for the Nikon camera that took these pictures is 2006-01-01. What must have happened was the person taking the pics changed the batteries 2 months ago and forgot to reset the clock!
Busted!
Oh snap!
Wait, where is the "details" button?
The more you know!
Also this, thanks Broseph:
Hey guys, guess what, new photos released by the IDF spokesperson's website were taken in 2006 and ran through photo shop according to their EXIF data!
Wait, where is the "details" button?
On the bottom left.
Hah, take that israel, being owned by EXIF info, that's just hilarious.
Oh come on israel, if you're going to fake photos at least do it properly.
As you can see, they were uploaded in 2006, and was photoshopped at 2010;06;02 10:38:47
Oh, wow, what the fuck [editline]03:47AM[/editline] Sorry for being dumb but I still can't find a details button
The picture of the body armour as a proof of weapon and hostile intent is funny enough in itself. If you look at the markings, that's the red crescent, pretty much the same as the red cross. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_crescent
-snip-
Oh, wait, you might be wrong here:
The photos were not taken in 06, good grief! People will believe anything they hear! The default clock setting for the Nikon camera that took these pictures is 2006-01-01. What must have happened was the person taking the pics changed the batteries 2 months ago and forgot to reset the clock! Really people! Do some research before you jump to conclusions! When would the IDF have just 'happened' to encounter a pile of bulletproof vests with the TURKISH (not medic) crescent on them 4 years ago, and just 'happened' to keep this pic (and all the other pics) kept away somewhere for just such a time as this? Let's be real here!
Oh Israel you so retarded
One conspiracy with another. Are they trying to compete North Korea and Iran for the Best Troll Nation awards or something?
So you're saying they either faked it, or they don't set the time on the cameras they use to photograph evidence? So they're either slightly more vile than they were before and stupid, or just incredibly stupid?
If this turns out to be real I will laugh hard. Kinda like the shooped missile launch :colbert:
So, one guy not setting the time on the camera means they are incredibly stupid. Right...
One conspiracy with another. Are they trying to compete North Korea and Iran for the Best Troll Nation awards or something?
israel has been way ahead of them in the competition for a long time
So, one guy not setting the time on the camera means they are incredibly stupid. Right...
It's called checking your equipment. It's something that anyone who's not a dumbass does, before, say, oh I don't know, a high profile military action? Especially when it's a camera that hasn't been checked in two months?
Oh God. Haha, oh wow.
This cracked me up even further. Even if this turns out to be just a mistake, it gave me a good laugh.
To be fair, I'm more inclined to think that someone didn't set the clock than it's an Israeli conspiracy
To be fair, I'm more inclined to think that someone didn't set the clock than it's an Israeli conspiracy
They're almost equally funny so I don't really care.
There are still some pictures with a date of 2010,06,01 For example this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/israel-mfa/4658972801/meta/ Note that this was with a Sony DSC-T10 camera.
Pretty sure they didn't set the clock on the cameras. The Nikon D2Xs was announced sometime in June 2006, so it seems to be a case of replacing the batteries without setting the clock.
There are still some pictures with a date of 2010,06,01 For example this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/israel-mfa/4658972801/meta/
And you will notice that that is a picture of a bunch of sticks. And a bucket.
And metal poles. The sticks and the metal poles were used against the commandos.

The sticks and the metal poles were used against the commandos.
We know that already. No one is denying that sticks were used you are just arguing that they were intended as weapons from the very beginning.
Still, some of them were taken in 2010 and this you can't disprove.
