Sulfur Hexaflouride is denser than air and therefore stays in the bottom of your lungs unless you bend over and get rid of all the air in your lungs. It is much more dangerous than helium because all the helium comes out leaving room for oxygen.

This is false, it doesn't stay in your lungs until you bend over, you'll still exhale it normally. Though it's still not good for you to inhale it
The second gas is Juggernaut Oxide.
