Would've been nice if they actually fixed the Cerberus system so you could just log in on an existing account instead of having to enter a brand new Cerberus code if you reinstalled the game.

I have re-installed Mass Effect 2 multiple times, and I have never had to enter a new Cerberus Network code.
Are you using the same EA account to log-in?
