NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Police have arrested a Moore father for allegedly allowing a man to fondle his young, autistic son while masturbating.
Police say Jonathan Mark Smith listed the ad for oral sex on Craigslist, and at least one man responded to it. Teddy Dean Davis is accused of showing up at Smith's door back in January, and asking to see the 6-year-old boy.
Police say Smith's children were asleep and his wife was at work at the time. According to the police report, Smith led Davis to the boy's room and allowed him to fondle the boy. Court papers allege Smith stayed in the room, watched the molestation happen and pleasured himself.
It's not known how police found out about the alleged molestation.
"It's disturbing to know that something that atrocious can happen and you can pay enough money to get out of jail when a child was hurt. I don't know how autistic the child was but maybe he couldn't speak for himself. Maybe he could but didn't know what was going on," Cynthia Garten of Moore said.
Since the incident the family has moved and rents out their Liberty Drive home, but that doesn't comfort their neighbor who is a new father.
"That absolutely disgusts me. It fills me with a hatred and anger that I have actually never felt before because I have only had a child for four months now and I can't imagine anyone taking advantage of her much less allowing it and almost encouraging it," Michael Kotzun said, who lives across the street.
Officers arrested both Smith and Davis in July. Davis is charged with lewd molestation and indecent proposal to a child. He is out on a $50,000 bond.

Both men are scheduled to appear in court on July 26.[/release]
WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK. And on top of that, they're both out on bond?! I swear I'd go Punisher on their asses *rage*

Where is justice? Where is punishment?
Jesus, I think I would move house if I were the neighbor.
How the fuck are these out on bond rather than being in jail where their sorry asses belong?

My thoughts exactly. There's something TERRIBLY wrong with the US law system.
oh wow, take the boy out for dinner first.
He does not know how to treat his date.
Anyhow, this is disgusting and I hate them both.
wow.
what the fuck.

That's not how bond works. It just means in the time between being prosecuted and the verdict he's not being held in jail, it's not like he got a "get out of jail free" card, just means he'll have 2 or so months of freedom before being put in jail for years.

It definitely seems terribly inconsistent at times.

Wow I was thinking of bail, nevermind.
Bond is bail.
Bond is bail.
Yeah, modified my post. Apparently they're the same thing, but just different forms of payment.

I don't know how the US law system works, but I find despicable that these 2 fuckbags weren't locked up the second the authorities found out what they've done, without bail. Just keep 'em locked up 'till they have to show up in court, IMHO.
Jesus, I think I would move house if I were the neighbor.
Eh, I'd shoot them both.
well im torn thinking which one of those is the father...the creepy old looking man,or the fatass drug using nerd
Eh, I'd shoot them both.
Not a fitting punishment for these 2, IMHO...
Haha, wow. This happened in my state. That is pretty fucked up. I hate Oklahoma.
How... I don't even...
God DAMN. This is messed up, no two ways about it.

Unless they're a flight risk, they have to be proven guilty before they are prosecuted.

I'd dig a tunnel under their house, fill it with explosives and boom (when the wife is out, of course, she had nothing to do with this).
And I wouldn't feel bad about doing it.

Fuck that. It would be much easier to just throw a Molotov cocktail through a window. Let the fucker burn.
This is less than model parenting.
The dad looks like a normal guy, the child molester fits the bill perfectly though.
