OHGOD YES /orgasm
lol, I knew this since I saw the OST on amazon
Mass Effect 3 Clint Mansel. Crysis 2 Hans Zimmer.
MW2 might not be a great game, but its soundtrack is fucking amazing
Mass Effect 3 Clint Mansel. Crysis 2 Hans Zimmer.
I came uncountable buckets
has also worked on, oh, Modern Warfare 2. Did that have music?
Yeah, mostly epic one.
I kinda knew this when I heard the trailer, Crysis 2 trailer music (also the menu theme) completely resembles that of the Modern Warfare 2's Whiskey Hotel Music music. 1:30 8:10 Which is great because that was my favorite chord
Funny thing is, the Inception trailer song (the most famous part of the Inception soundtrack) where the "Inception horn" is from (which is linked in the article) is made by Zack Hemsey, not Hans Zimmer.
And the majority of the MW2 music was made by somebody else.
And the majority of the MW2 music was made by somebody else.
Yep, Zimmer only did the title music, the rest was done by someone else but Zimmer got the full credit...
Crysis 2 still sucks. The multiplayer does atleast.
snip---------
Only track I've heard properly so far is the menu music in the Crysis 2 MP and thats literally the only thing I liked about it.
Pretty sure this was already announced a while back. At least, It doesn't come as news to me.
This is a good move.
Another thing that gets me excited over Crysis 2.
All I can say is that I... Jizz'd
I hope he doesn't just use the same orchestral crescendo-type style he always uses in his music. I mean yeah I really like his music and all but a little innovation wouldn't be too bad.
And the majority of the MW2 music was made by somebody else.
Harry Gregson-Williams
Late as fuck, I knew this when I first saw the music scripts in the leak and I noticed Hans' trace when I converted the music files to MP3. (Also, I had pre-purchased Crysis 2 so, yeah.)
Harry Gregson-Williams
No. Gregson-Williams did MW1 with Steven Barton. Hans Zimmer worked with Lorne Balfe for MW2.
No. Gregson-Williams did MW1 with Steven Barton. Hans Zimmer worked with Lorne Balfe for MW2.
I seem to recall the music files in MW2 still being labeled as "hgw_"
Nope. They're labeled hz_ actually.

Everything Hargreave says (The dude talking throughout the video) is so much more awesome once you play through the game
COD 4 had better music that MW2, imo
I thought everyone knew this already. Atleast i did, or so i thought atleast.
OF course, EA writes the songs, but hans compose it.
They're talking about that. I already have the whole soundtrack which I ripped by myself on my Mp3 Player though.
I KNEW IT. I was sure the music in the multiplayer was his. I even said that the music sounded like Hans Zimmer's.
