I live in Perth and there are some crazy people who live here.
Sounds to me like he either had some weird way around attempting suicide or deliberately tried to get hit to get compensation.
Or he's just mental.

And then it turns out he actually had watched World War Z like an hour before and was just [b]really[/b] mad over how it wasn't anything like the book.
