Oh hello fellow Facepunchers, please don't punch mah' face. I am new here and I decided to show my drawing skills here because I wanted to. I've done a random FPS drawing on MS Paint because I saw some of your drawings and I wanted to try out. Almost my best drawing but not my most excellent one. Anyway here goes nothing! Hope you like it! ^^
Welcome, my tip to you : Save as .png Looks pretty good for a first one!
Pretty good I like it, The gun isn't facing the crosshair correctly but I'll just assume since their isn't an enemy he is resting. and like Gregah said save as png, jpg destroys the quality. Otherwise pretty good!

Thats better now.... it.... is..... BETTER :D
At least the perspective isn't messed up.
I like it! :D
The holodot on the sight shouldn't be visible from that angle you know. You can only see it when looking directly through it because it's reflects backwards from the dichroic-filtered mirror.
The gun looks like a boat. No offense.
I guess it could use a bit more detail.
Aw, who rated me dumb x2? :(
Hand compared to gun is kinda small. Also use more colors and detail. Corridor looks boring.
The direction at which he is aiming it doesn't make sense. It doesn't look like he is resting or combat-ready.
Dont worry i rate you artistic brah
The direction at which he is aiming it doesn't make sense. It doesn't look like he is resting or combat-ready.
He could always be running / moving.
For your first drawing, its nice. I like the gun, the scope is pretty sweet. Could you give us more information on the setting? Some underwater facility or something? Very interesting.

Shouldn't it be Black Reef or something? You know, the Mesa-part is referring to the geology of the area. :)

Gun still looks like a boat and how does laser just get out of container like that? How do you even CONTAIN lasers in cylinder like that?
The environment reminds me of a fullbright map, needs shades.
Gun still looks like a boat and how does laser just get out of container like that? How do you even CONTAIN lasers in cylinder like that?
Dunno, got the idea from HL1. Ask Valve.
Wasn't that a particle accelerator and not a laser? And the tube went from wall to wall, not just randomly being a cylinder on wall. Kind of nitpicking, but science is serious business. :science:
But on the tubes in HL1, it said "Caution! Laser!"
Yes, however, the tubes were linked up to a main computer through the walls :P
Yes, however, the tubes were linked up to a main computer through the walls :P
Damn it you guys got me. ^^ Well I did a fast drawing didn't really have the time to analyze every single realistic details :/ I apologize for this inconvenience...

Looks good now, but I guess their could be alittle more features. Like perhaps some cerves on the walls, or bigger variety of textures.
