Does this discredit what's being showed in the video? Obviously fox news are dumb as shit, that's pretty much common knowledge (as far as I know), but the purpose with this video (like the guy above said) was rather to show that both sides are guilty of skewing reality and that you can't trust things you read blindly even though they're from supposedly "credible" news sources.
I've pretty much gone with option one and almost stopped reading all news since I honestly don't have time to check if what I'm reading is correct and it's quite difficult to discern now days. Even the state news in Sweden falls short sometimes and I just can't be bothered with staying sceptic all the time.
If there's something that interest me particularly I check that out and try to find several sources that aren't just basing their information on primary source.
