In the photographs shown above, Pokémon fan Alex Finch displayed his tattoo of six Poké Balls, supplemented by six subdermal implants to create the effect of three-dimensional Poké Balls implanted into his arm. Finch spoke with ANN and stated that he has been a fan of the Pokémon videogame and anime franchise since he was in third or fourth grade, and that he chose to get six Poké Ball tattoos in reference to the number of Poké Balls which can be carried in the original videogames. He also noted that the tattoos shown are "just the beginning" as he plans to get additional tattoos of videogame, cartoon, and anime icons on the rest of the arm, including more Poké Balls.
In the franchise, the Poké Ball (or Monster Ball in the original Japanese version) is a spherical device used to capture and store wild Pokémon, to be released in battle. There are several varieties of the Poké Ball, including the Super Ball, Ultra Ball (Hyper Ball in the Japanese version), and Master Ball, which have higher rates of capture success than the standard Poké Ball. Later additions to the game franchise such as Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver added more varieties of Poké Balls.
The tattoos shown depict the original Poké Ball.
Now that I think about it, Does this belong here or GD. If it belongs in GD would a mod kindly move it?
:wtc:
Well, he's going to regret this when he grows older.
So if I make one of his pokemon faint, do I get to scratch out one of the lumps with a knife?

what the fuck
Mentally unstable much?
I can't begin to imagine how that can be comfortable at all (the lumps)
That is fucking disgusting
definitely creative...
edit:
how is it not at all creative?
his arm looks to big
I know what he won't be able to catch when he gets older... girls
also what kind of parent would allow that?
my favorite part is the huge scar at the end :downs:
How old is this guy?
Why can't he just collect every franchise related item he can get his hands on like a normal autistic?
He will probably remove them in 5-10 years.

And it will break his bank.
It looks like he also painted his upper arm and some parts of his face.

Heh, maybe he should have saved the money to get a needed implant in between his ears.
oh god that looks fucking painful
why would you do this to yourself
Or a handgun and some bullets. Probably would be cheaper.
He could have just donated it to a charitable foundation then jumped off of a tall building.
That's horrible. Pokeball tattoos alone is horrible, yet he gets IMPLANTS? I would hate rubbing my arm on shit. He will be hindered in all kinds of shit with bumps coming out of his arm.
WHATEVER BRO DIFFERENT FOLKS DIFFERENT STROKES.
What is that black blob on his face? Is it facial hair or a tumor?

I cant imagine how much that will interfere with the muscles in his arms and how irritable/fucked up/damaging it will get over time
How did he get those in there, it looks like he slid them in D:
10-20 years later when Pokemon dies out, that guy is going to regret getting those.
Pokemon has for the most part died out already. They're still making quite a profit on it, but it's nowhere near the media goldmine it was before.
Did he cut into his own skin, or did he pay for the procedure, because I remember a story about a guy who did something similar with a hooker tattoo on his ankle to make the boobs pop out and he ended up getting it infected.

Haha are you kidding me
Black/White broke sales records in Japan and it will in America too
It's still Nintendo's second most successful franchise, only behind Super Mario
