Why Hip-Hop is dead:
For anyone who knew anything about hip hop, it died when turntablists stopped being the spotlight of the production and kids started making shitty repetitive beats on their dad's laptop. Real hip hop -
Dunno if to consider RJD2 hip-hop, but I love him. Most people categorize him as Hip hop.
I think I fell in love with this song
Then you should check out more real shit, especially these guys. Roc Raida is gone now, he's mid right, he was probably one of, if not the best.
i've been looking for a rap song for over a year now, I can't really remember much except for like 2 things from the music video, there was some chick who started singing halfway through the video. She has some army clothes and looked rather manly. She also danced by a pole i think. Really wish i could remember what it was called because i loved it. I think it was made in the 90s too
First thing I noticed was the MGS2 poster in the back.

Hip Hop isn't dead, you are just to lazy to look.
There are still some finer Hip-Hop songs out there, hidden.
I don't listen to hip-hop, but the stuff I hear drives me away from it. Didn't know there was such a thing as good hip-hop.
I don't listen to hip-hop, but the stuff I hear drives me away from it. Didn't know there was such a thing as good hip-hop.
There is, it's just that good hip hop hardly reaches the spot light today.
I think its funny how he doesnt like tittys and sex. And I think he needs to listen to screamo. Screamo is the same thing everytime
I think its funny how he doesnt like tittys and sex. And I think he needs to listen to screamo. And yeah he'd probably hate screamo too.
It was a joke. You dont need to flame me. There is some good rap out there. I agree with him but not completely. I could give some good rap

I wasn't flaming. I'm just saying the only people who want to listen to songs about sex all day are horny teenagers.
Hip hop is nowhere near dead, you just need to look for the underground shits, mainstream fucking suck.
How can Hip Hop be dead if Wu-Tang is forever?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQyIqTYG72c Why hip-hop is not dead :smug:
It still follows the clichè

I just don't like rapping at all. That's why I like RJD2 so much, he only does beats, which I do like.
This is not why rap is dead, but why it SHOULD be dead.
Cudi is an exception. He's probably the only new R&B artist I like.
THe 90s were the best years for hip hop. Serious musicians like Johnny J producing awesome instrumentals for guys like 2pac. That shit was sex right there, i dont like the whole sample hip hop stuff, but thats nothing against my hate for the new "hip hop"
