He taps the 'z' and 'x' buttons, imo playing like that is not only more comfortable but also makes you concentrate more on hitting the circles.

He uses the tablet to move and the keyboard to click. I've never tried it like that, but I have used the right click on my pen, but it felt really odd. I mainly play Osu on my Android tablet now instead of my PC.
I doubt you can click with a tablet so he uses the keyboard to do that.
mouse clicking is a bad idea anyways
it's a lot slower and jitters your cursor
