I really want to see what the receiving end of bullet time is like. Could get frustrating.

I dunno i thought it was fine in Killing Floor.

I would assume that the receiving end of the bullet time probably gets plenty of warnings before it actually starts.
I want
But if someone is shooting at you in bullet time you're also in bullet time so if you're face to face its still pretty even.
Payne Killer mode seems really fun
This is it. They did the impossible.
shirtless man simulator
80's Action Movie: The Game.
They said only people in your line of sight enter bullet time with you, does that mean if you're off in the distance you're watching these guys fly through the air in slow motion while you're still normal speed?

My guess (at this point) would be that even if someone entered bullet time at the opposite side of the map, you'd still be affected, just as long there isn't a wall in your way.
Yeah, if you can see them, they're in bullet time. So I guess if you're sniping some dude from across the map, and you start bullet time, then you'll both enter bullet time, even if the dude doesn't know why.
Which is fucking awesome.

That might take away the element of surprise in those kind of moments though. You're just running around and suddenly everything goes into slow-motion, so you instantly know that someone is aiming at you and is most likely about to start shooting you.
The multiplayer looks really fun.
This looks fucking AMAZING. I need a computer upgrade before this comes out. No way in hell am I playing the console version. I still need to beat Max Payne 2 though, got about half way and quit.

It could be cool. Time suddenly slows down, oh god oh god someone is aiming at me I'll dive behind that trash can
Rockstar always knows how to fucking hype their game and make me pop a boner. It's fantastic.

Doesn't ruin shit. It's up to the shooter to decide to slomo or not.

holy shit its max payne

Bullet time also activates if you're looking at someone in bullet time. So if you're looking at your teammate and someone activates bullet time while looking at him, but you're out of the guy's line of sight, you will still be in bullet time because you can see your teammate.

So basically, if you see someone in bullet time, you go in bullet time.
Cool.
i'd hope so, it would be hilarious to watch a slow motion battle from afar whilst you have some dudes just running and gunning in the foreground
It boggles my mind that Rockstar actually managed to implement slowmo in multiplayer. The Specialists had it, but you could only get a few seconds at a time after killing people. It seems like you get a full bar of slowmo in Max Payne.
The commentator said there will be other bursts too, so slowmo won't be everyone's skill. I'm guessing there'll be shit that boosts damage and speed.

And then your knowledge that you're about to be shot at is completely useless because the player is going to most likely shoot you immediately upon entering the bullet time and, since you didn't know where he was, will probably still kill you with ease. Just because you aren't surprised outside the game doesn't mean the element of surprise in an attack won't work.
That's fucking awesome, i hope they add more gamemodes later.
Doesn't that make people in bullet time vulnerable since they're going slow compared to everyone not in LoS?
is this game like an open world one like most of rockstars game or is it linear?
it's max payne.
I really want to see what the receiving end of bullet time is like. Could get frustrating.
i imagine it works somewhat like the specialists, where it can both benefit you and/or the enemy
