I bought the Platinum HL pack from them, and they sent me this when the key was a dupe.
Do they fail?
EDIT: Here's the key that I blacked out.

Holy shit, never knew G2play.net did this...
Don't buy from them.
According to my various sources, they don't do this.
Looks like I'm screwed.
you bought a steam game NOT from steam? eeeehh why not just buy it through steam?
it cant be that much more money
also i have never heard of these people
Did you readthe headers of the email?
I remember reading somewhere, where you could change the headers to spoof an email address, to make it match something legit.
Even then, don't give out your password(s).
You deserve to lose your account if you fall for this bullshit.

Come on dude, anyone asking for your account details so they can "add the games for you" is so legit it makes my balls ache.
It was 7 dollars, so no biggie, but I don't like being Scammed.
This is not a spoof, as well. I really feel like an idiot now.
buying a steam game from a non steam site, the return email is q2play.net, blacking out a key that was invalid, tripple fail
Indeed. Didn't notice that...
G2Play.net! A Name You Can Trust
It says q2play.net.
if you google g2play.net, theres quite alot of complaints. Atleast you have an experience to learn from. 7 bucks is whatever, it could have been 50, or more
Doesn't that say sales@"Q"2play.net?
The "q" was a cut off "g".
Yes it does. Funny thing is I sent that to the one with a g in it. awkward.
Ask them to gift the game to you?
g2play would never do this.
I order loads of stuff from them, sometimes a dupe, but they replaced them in no time.
Signs A Game-Ordering Website Is Fake:
You can buy Steam games from them.
Their logo is a slightly modified version of a gaming place you know (example: EG Games).
They use obvious shit like "A Name You Can Trust!"
They try to scam you, but it makes no sense and makes them look very retarded.

It just arrived, actually. The guy who was talking to me was just toying with me.
