Basically if you sacrifice a gift from a shop on an altar, it summons an eggplant. The eggplant appears entirely useless and it breaks after just falling one tile.

However if you carry the eggplant all the way to the end of the game, then throw the eggplant onto Yama (the true end-boss of the game at the end of hell), you turn him into an eggplant. A feat so "impossible" it gives the gnome run from HL2: Episode 2 a run for its money
