So I found a couple of these eletriptan hydrobromide pills. I don't known what will happen if I take them. Someone care to shread some light for me?
Google tells me nothing good [as in getting you high] about that substance.
Don't take them. [editline]12:18AM[/editline] Freaky is a minute quicker at googling than I am.
Why would you take pills you just randomly found and have absolutely no idea what they are or what effects they'll have on you?

[quote] Eletriptan is a serotonin agonist. Specifically, it is a selective 5-hydroxytryptamine 1B/1D (5-HT1B) receptor agonist. Eletriptan binds with high affinity to the 5-HT[1B, 1D, 1F] receptors. It has a modest affinity to the 5-HT[1A, 1E, 2B, 7] receptors. And little to no affinity at the 5-HT[2A, 2C, 3, 4, 5A, 6] receptors. I speculate it'd produce some euphoria and some altered perception at high doses. However, 5HT1 agonism is not good. It's what makes the medication work. The 1B receptor especially vasoconstricts which is not great but it's how the medication works due to the fact Migraines are normally caused by vasodilation in the brain. I predict you'd get a slight kick out of it but do not use more than the recommended dose as potent vasoconstriction is dangerous. 5HT2B agonism is also not a great thing to do as it thickens your aorta. To conclude: I disagree with it being worthless. May produce a little psychadelia and euphoria at high doses but I do not recommend exceeding dosages on prescription medication. It's prescription for a reason.
