Seeing as it's the 15th anniversary of 9/11 and shortly the 15th anniversary of GTA III, I thought this video may be interesting for some people.
Didn't rockstar deny any changes related to 9/11?
Didn't rockstar deny any changes related to 9/11?
They said only 1% of the game was changed due to 9/11, they didn't deny it.

Looking at this makes me realize how far GTA has come. It used to be one of those violent videogames that sparked outrage everywhere. Now, it's one of the biggest video game franchises out there, and everyone just accepts it now.

Now it's about how games are sexist or the smoking gun to school shootings like the original Doom.

Some people attributed the removal of a character called Darkel to the attacks, but according to Rockstar he was removed much earlier in development because frankly, he was a bit shit and some of his missions were given to other characters.

Where the hell did he find gta3 source code?
Where the hell did he find gta3 source code?
doesn't that have to do with a source code leak of the iOS port of the game? I vaguely remember hearing something about that in the video. edit: game files were leaked, according to the video at around 17:28. another edit: I have no idea if that's the source code that's apparently edited in another part of the video, though.
