Is the author of this article really that dumb, it was obvious exactly what the heelsprings did to anyone who played the original... It's even explained in the commentary.
I won't be able to play it until I get home, which'll be a week or two after release, I think. I was planning to completely withdraw from absolutely everything internet related and wear ear plugs when not in class.

I like how Aperture Science somehow creates a miniature black hole with tiny grenades that are included with the Portal Gun and "cools" the black hole with a fan.

Yeah, but I'm still baffled as to why the portal gun in the first-person segment was so extremely low-poly. I'd like to write it off as a "prototype model" of the gun, but it uses the same texture as already seen in other videos; it just looks like it's mistakenly using a very low LOD level.
I wonder if this means they've switched to using c_models for Portal 2, which would be great because that means we'll have a much higher quality portal gun model to work with for stuff like Garry's Mod. :buddy:
