Its what low gravity does. As the blood is no longer being pulled down into your feet, it spreads do parts of your body that are used to less blood. IE your face, this swells the blood vessels and puffs up your face. It's also why astronauts look a lot younger when they are in space as all the wrinkles are literally stretched out of your face like a blown up balloon. I'm willing to bet Olay will start marketing zero G molecule face cream (truly stratospheric rejuvenation).
