Tom reinvented exhibition shooting almost 30 years after the passing of Herb Parsons. Tom was an inspiration to generations of shooters and he will be missed. Our thoughts are with Tom’s family and friends. We don’t think we’ll hear much of an argument when we state Tom Knapp was one of the finest exhibition shooters this world has ever laid eyes on—his talent with a shotgun was only rivaled by his showmanship, and Knapp deserves much credit for bringing trick shooting into the 21[SUP]st[/SUP] century, working with major shotgun producers like Benelli and CZ over the years.
Thats a real shame, I remember seeing this guy on TV when I was much younger.
wow i remember seeing this guy on TV a couple years ago, he had some insane skills in shooting rest in peace
Oh, Wow. What a shame. I enjoyed watching him when I saw him on TV.
this dude was awesome. damn shame.
I never heard of this guy before but god damn he had some really good aiming. Almost makes me want to buy that shotgun.
he was on the history channel all the time. He seemed like a legit bro. What a shame.
-video-
how the fuck what?
how the fuck what?
With a Benelli shotgun
i wonder what brand shotgun he uses in that video
i wonder what brand shotgun he uses in that video
I think it was a Benelli, not sure though.
The man was a brilliant shootist. He will be missed.
Holy fuck. I thought I would never see a person shoot a shotgun over his head and hitting a clay target that he threw up. Jesus
Holy fuck. I thought I would never see a person shoot a shotgun over his head and hitting a clay target that he threw up. Jesus
Not only that but he shot the shells that just ejected from his gun, it's incredible.
i wonder what brand shotgun he uses in that video
it was an ak 47
Wouldn't be a very good spokesperson if he never talked about the product, would he?
I remember in one video where he would find something to do so he would eject spent shells into the air and shoot that. [editline]28th April 2013[/editline] May he rest in exhibition shooting history.

Eh I must have missed it for the few seconds I looked away, Tom wasn't too old either if that wiki answer page was even remotely close he was like mid 60s.
Rest in peace you venerable beast.
The man was a brilliant shootist. He will be missed.
Unlike his targets.
would have liked to see him throw the Benelli up and hit it with a target [editline]28th April 2013[/editline] or throw a target and hit it with an empty shell casing [editline]28th April 2013[/editline] or throw a target, eject a shell casing then use the Benelli as a bat to hit the shell casing at the target
man that guy's good. He shall be missed.
I remember in a History Channel documentary on Exhibition Shots, Knapp shot at some paint pellets with a .22 rifle, or something of a similar caliber. The guy was unreal.
Obviously he got bored of mere moral prey so he has to move on.
I suddenly want to buy a Benelli shotgun.
I suddenly want to buy a Benelli shotgun.
He switched to CZ.
