I want to get the Squeeze Box but I can't justify spending $200+ on music.

I mean, (for what I bought in USD, including shipping and tax), it's 14 albums (LP-sized even if you get the CD version), a T-shirt, a pennant, a coffee table book, a "magnet sheet" (???), socks, all in a fucking accordion - for ~$320. Even if we assume the non-music stuff is free, that comes to $23 an album - most deluxe edition CDs in standard jewel cases are ~$16-$18.
Honestly, compared to most collectors sets, it's a pretty sweet deal. To put it in perspective, I bought Wish You Were Here when they re-released it as a collectors set back in October. For $98 (tax and shipping included), I got a single vinyl, a mug, a t-shirt, and two post-cards.
I get that it's expensive, totally, but relative to most things it's not a bad deal. This is also one of the few ways I'm most comfortable buying music, since I know that compared to simply buying it off of iTunes or Amazon, the artist is more than likely going to get a larger cut (along with the people putting together the collectors set).

I should have included the word "at once" over time $200 is easy to accumulate but I only make ~$200 a check.

That's definitely fair, then.
