the miracles of overengineering
yeah, 3 rounds isn't a realistic scenario, if I was trying to kill the guy behind the glass, I would've attempted to empty the mag into roughly the same spot, not widely space 3 shots.
Holy fuck
I wouldn't even do this with blanks.

Let's save that scenario for when the boss isn't behind the glass.
Also, wow.
Shit, he surely trusts his product.
If I remember right, the inventor of the bullet proof vest, shot himself in the chest to show that his product worked.
Also, the boss looks like a chill guy
Do want.
misleading title
i was expecting it to not work and that he was going to actually get shot
If someone is firing a fully automatic gun at a moving vehicle, it's moderately realistic to think that only 3 shots contact the window. With that said: ballsy.

Ok yeah. A AK-47 wielding hitman is going to be able to successfully shoot 30 bullets in relatively the same spot in a speedy manner. Not to mention these windows are installed on cars. The spread on the shots reflects what will probably be a realistic scenario. The gun is going to kick wildly and send a handful of shots at the vehicle in a pretty significant spread. The driver obviously realizing bullets are hitting the car will put his foot down and haul ass out of there.
Essentially this is actually a pretty good measure of a real-life situation.

I don't know, a lot of cops are shot in their cars when they are taking a break/resting.
that means it's a ambush scenario, where the attacker can probably get a lot more than 3 shots off.

Put more then 3 rounds in the same spot on a moving car, even if you are running toward a car standing still it will be hard. Even if you make it past security points and fired a mag at the window whoever is in the car will already taking cover behind the armored door.
Lucky him.

Or smart him, depends how you put it.

I'm talking about realism in a ambush, as opposed to an assault scenario.
Also why does the shooter wear safety glasses if he doesn't lower them? :3

I said "shot at", not "shot"

Not only this, but pistols are usually the weapon of choice for a lot of these crimes, and those do not have great penetration.

shotguns are used too, along with slug ammunition
those can penetrate a LOT

Are they even wearing fucking hearing protection?
Dat glass
I want that glass installed on every window in my house.
Also, the shooter has safety glasses, but doesn't wear them :/
No penetration is right.
I cringed at how fast the shooter actually popped off a couple rounds without hesitation. also guy at the end made me laugh.

There's never going to be a bullet proof really, just resistant.

I wouldn't say never, we'll just have bigger weapons by the time we do find it.

Cops getting ambushed? What is this Juarez? These are made for vehicles that are for transport moving VIPs. Presidents, diplomats, etc... They don't usually sit on a stakeout. Besides, I was saying that a vehicle with this glass being moving and only getting shot 3 times is highly plausible, if not more likely than being shot more. Also yes, vehicles being in motion tends to be a pretty realistic scenario...............

my bad, I thought the product was for inner-city cops, and their patrol cars
didn't bother to visit the companies website because there wasn't a link in the description
if this is for VIP convoys and the like, I guess it's adequate

They're screwed if they manage to disable the vehicle, though.

CEO puts in foam ear plugs, and you can see the bright orange ones in the shooters ears..

If you really want to get the guy behind the glass, use a laser gun.
